Everyone can access the Cost Estimator at https://academics.iu.edu/cost-estimator/index.html. You’ll select the semester you wish to create an estimate for, followed by the home campus for the program you’re interested in. Be sure to select your residency and the program of interest. When selecting the number of credit hours you may take in a semester, keep in mind that for undergraduate programs, 12 credit hours is full-time and 6 credit hours is part-time. For graduate programs, 8 credit hours is full-time and 4 credit hours is part-time.
You’ll see your direct costs listed on the right-hand side of the calculation and indirect costs on the lefthand side. Rest assured, students in a fully online program are not charged for housing or transportation.
